How to send and receive messages when you travel

WhatsApp went free on the App Store during the holiday season to contend the pushing competition from Viber, Line and others. Being able to text other users without having to pay is a treat that has attracted million of users from every platform, keeping WhatsApp as the king of the messengers for now. There's no charge to use the service, at least on iOS, but there's an associated cost to your connection. Is WhatsApp really free?

WhatsApp needs to access the internet to be able to work; some type of connection needs to be available to send and receiving messages. In the case of the iPhone, this boils down to two options you're already using.

Understanding cellular data vs. WiFi
Just to be clear, cellular data is the internet access you get from your mobile operator either on prepaid or contract from companies like AT@T, Verizon, Vodafone, T-Mobile, Orange, EE… Depending on your plan, you're likely to receive a certain amount of data — measured in MB — included every month or, perhaps, you pay directly for the usage. You know that bill every month with your smartphone calls, SMS and data? You will be able to use WhatsApp with the that data service provided by your mobile operator.
If you're at home, work or anywhere else with a wireless WiFi hotspot (like the Tube!), your iPhone can make use of it and stop using cellular data network. Wireless internet connection was originally meant for laptops and desktop PCs, but they've become super-convenient for smartphone users. If you're paying a broadband or cable company to give you internet access through an ugly router somewhere in your house, you can also use this service to use WhatsApp.
You can disable cellular data on iOS going into Settings > General > Cellular menu
Why would I spend two paragraphs explain things these basic? It turns out a lot of people ask why would you have to pay for WhatsApp not realising they're paying already for these two types of internet connection: on the mobile and at home.
When you travel, and most importantly, when you go to a different country, these two options become irrelevant. Walking some meters away from your home, the radius of the WiFi network will decrease until it disappears. Crossing the border to a different country will also affect your mobile service, eventually getting a message indicating that your company cannot provide coverage, offering you to use some of the local mobile operator partners — at a cost.

What are those roaming charges?
And this is exactly what roaming means. Connecting and using the services of a mobile network you're not subscribed to. If you take the time to ask your provider before you travel, there will be additional charges to use mobile internet abroad on roaming, which are typically not included in your package.
The good news is that using roaming you can carry on using WhatsApp regardless of where you are. On a negative note, all the messaging you could do for free now needs to be paid, as you're using the mobile network of a carrier that you're not subscribed to. Your mobile operator takes care of that and will make sure those extra charges appear on the next monthly bill when you get home, labelled as roaming charges.
Just for the sake of comparison, let's illustrate the point using the mobile operators available in the UK. Let's say I'm going to spend the weekend in Paris, France, and I want to keep using my iPhone, which I have on a monthly contract. EE and T-Mobile are the cheapest at the time of this writing, offering one MB of data for 25p and 33p respectively. O2, Vodafone and Three go for around 69p each. You can also get small packages for the day ranging from 100MB to 10MB for prices under £3.

You do the math
Now that I know how much I need to pay, I need to figure out how much I'm going to use. How do you know the message size on Whatsapp? How many MB does the app use to work? I have contacted the company to enquire about this but I received no comment. There's a simple test on this post that you can try yourself.
From my data usage testing comparing Viber and WhatsApp: Messages have a low data consumption, ranging from 1.0 KB to 3.0 KB for both apps. I suspect WhatsApp uses more data since it runs in the background to verify who's online and update the latest messages – that was 13 KB in one launch.
Resetting the data counter to zero is the most realistic way to calculate how much WhatsApp uses. This menu is hidden in Settings > General > Usage > Cellular Usage
WhatsApp will keep running in the background to be able to tell you when someone has messaged you and update all the statuses and "last seen" labels for your contacts. Keeping the app running in standby for a day could be up to 400 KB. Each message will be as small as 1.0 KB, increasing if you attach a picture, which can go up to 30 KB. If you make the basic math, keeping WhatsApp running for a day (400 KB) and sending and receiving 20 messages with text only (1 KB) and five pictures (30 KB) would be account for 570KB.
Since one Megabyte equals 1024 Kilobytes, our sample usage described above is 0.56 MB. I haven't tried each mobile operator, but I'm certain they bill you per full MB, so you will pay for one MB even if you only use half of it — that's why they tell you the MB is for 24 hours. So there you go, using WhatsApp abroad while on roaming should be at least one MB per day.
Now it's down to you to compare the cost with standard SMS on roaming and the use you're going to make of other apps that require data service, such as email, web browsing or maps. Remember that you may find some WiFi spots when you travel, and that's the key difference to reduce extra charges for using your phone on roaming. Happy travelling!

Benefits of Green Tea

Pure water is by far the ideal beverage of choice, but high-quality tea can be a valuable addition. Not only does tea rehydrate as well
as water does, most teas also have additional health benefits.
High-quality tea green tea in particular contains polyphenol antioxidants that are recognized for their disease prevention and
anti-aging properties. Polyphenols can account for up to 30 percent of the dry leaf weight of green tea.
Within the group of polyphenols are
flavonoids, which contain catechins. One of the most powerful catechins is epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), found in green tea.
EGCG has been shown to
positively impact a number of illnesses and conditions. Previous research has shown that green tea
polyphenols act on molecular pathways to shut down the production and spread of tumor cells. They also discourage the growth of the blood vessels that feed the tumors.
EGCG even acts as an antiangiogenic and
antitumor agent, and helps modulate tumor cell response to chemotherapy. Study results also show EGCG can be helpful for
the prevention of arteriosclerosis, cerebral thrombus, heart attack, and stroke in part due to its ability to relax your arteries and improve blood flow.
Green Tea Lowers Blood Pressure Naturally Some of the latest research in this area again confirms such health benefits. After analyzing 25 randomized controlled trials, the
systematic review, published in the British Journal of Nutrition in October concluded that long-term tea intake significantly improved blood pressure. As reported in Time Magazine :
“After 12 weeks of drinking tea, blood pressure was lower by 2.6 mmHg systolic and 2.2mmHg diastolic. Green tea had the most significant results, while black tea performed
the next best...
Reducing systolic blood pressure by 2.6 mmHg ‘would be expected to reduce stroke risk by 8 percent, coronary artery disease mortality by 5 percent and all-cause mortality by 4 percent at a population level...’”
While unable to determine exactly how much tea you need to drink to receive these benefits, a number of previous studies have suggested the ideal amount lies around three to four cups of tea per day.
For example, one 2007 study found “clear evidence” showing that three or more cups of tea in this case black tea reduced the risk of coronary heart disease.
Similarly, drinking three to four cups of green tea daily has been shown to promote heart and cardiovascular health, again courtesy of its ability to relax blood vessels and protect against blood clots.
Green Tea Helpful Against Obesity,
Diabetes, and Alzheimer’s Disease
There are certain compounds and nutrients that seem to have near limitless health potential, and catechins are part of that pack. Fortunately, high-quality green tea is an excellent source of these antioxidants, making them easily available.
Besides its beneficial effects on your
circulatory system, previous studies have demonstrated that EGCG in particular has a regulatory effect on fat metabolism, thereby increasing fat oxidation and preventing obesity. It can even help improve exercise
performance.
One 2010 study evaluating EGCG’s
potential in weight loss found it increases fat oxidation by a respectable 33 percent.
EGCG may also aid weight loss by inhibiting fat cell development and increasing fat excretion. Obesity and diabetes tend to go hand in hand, and what is beneficial for one is usually beneficial for the other as well. Indeed, one animal study found that EGCG was as effective as the diabetic drug Avandia in moderately diabetic mice, suggesting green
tea, or a high-quality green tea extract, could be helpful for the prevention and/or treatment of diabetes.
Researchers have also discovered that green tea has the potential to enhance the function of your brain, and prevent age associated brain degeneration.
Specifically, EGCG appears to decrease the production of the protein beta-amyloid, which can over-accumulate in your brain, resulting in nerve damage and memory loss overtime  a condition related to Alzheimer’s disease.
In one study, published in 2005,
researchers injected pure EGCG into mice genetically programmed to develop Alz heimer’s; the results showed a decrease of as much as 54 percent in the plaque associated with Alzheimer’s. Other Health Benefits of Green Tea Catechins in green tea may also help protect
against glaucoma and other eye diseases. In one study, scientists analyzed eye tissue from rats that drank green tea and found that
eye tissues such as the lens and retina had in fact absorbed green tea catechins.
According to the authors, oxidative stress causes biological disturbances such as DNA
damage and activation of proteolytic enzymes that can lead to tissue cell damage or dysfunction and, eventually, ophthalmic diseases. Green tea catechins have also
been found to:
Lower your breast cancer risk
Ease inflammation and pain associated
with rheumatoid arthritis (RA)
Reduce your risk of autoimmune
diseases
Promote healthy gums
Improve digestion
A botanical ointment containing a green tea
extract was even found to be an effective
treatment for external genital and anal warts,
according to the results of one 2008 study.
Genital and anal warts are caused by human papillomavirus (HPV), and there has been a lack of effective, well tolerated treatments.
The researchers assigned over 500 adults with up to 30 warts to receive either an ointment containing sinecatechins, or a placebo. In the sinecatechins groups, warts cleared completely in roughly 57 percent of
patients, compared to just 34 percent of subjects in the control group.
Quality Green Tea Is Green
Out of the seemingly endless varieties of tea out there, there is only a handful I would recommend drinking. My two favorites are Matcha green tea and Tulsi a powerful adaptogenic herb that also provides important therapeutic benefits.
Green tea in general is among the least processed kinds of tea, which is why it contains some of the highest amounts of EGCG.
Unlike other teas that you steep and
strain, Matcha tea comes in the form of a powder that you add right into the water.
Matcha tea can contain over 100 times the EGCG provided by regular brewed green tea, and since you’re consuming the entire ground tea leaf, you’re getting the most benefit from each cup of tea you drink.
Besides being an excellent source of
antioxidants, green tea is also packed with vitamins A, D, E, C, B, B5, H, and K, manganese, and other beneficial minerals such as zinc, chromium, and selenium.
A telltale sign of high quality is that the tea is in fact green . If your green tea looks brown rather than green, it’s likely been oxidized, which can damage or destroy many of its
most valuable compounds.
To boost the benefits of green tea, add a squirt of lemon juice to your cup. Previous research has demonstrated that vitamin C
significantly increases the amount of
catechins available for your body to absorb. In fact, citrus juice increased available catechin levels by more than five times , causing 80 percent of tea's catechins to remain bioavailable!
Tea Can Be a Valuable Part of a Healthy Diet If you enjoy green tea, by all means add a few cups to your day.
Just be sure to drink
your green tea “straight.” Adding sugar, milk, or other “embellishments” (one exception
being some citrus juice), will counter many of the benefits of the tea. Again, green tea contains the most EGCG of all tea varieties, and other than water, I believe high-quality
green tea is one of the most beneficial beverages you can consume. Another excellent choice is Tulsi tea, which is also chockfull of antioxidants. The complex and unique chemistry of this
aromatic herb also offers benefits that go over and beyond that of other teas.
Tulsi tea contains hundreds of beneficial compounds known as phytochemicals—non-nutritive plant
compounds that have protective and health promoting properties. Working together, these compounds possess potential antioxidant, adaptogenic, and immune-enhancing properties that can fight stress and help promote your general health in multiple ways, including:
Bolstering your immune system
Providing you with a calming effect
and relief from occasional stress
Promoting healthy metabolism
Helping maintain optimal blood sugar levels Supporting normal cholesterol levels.

TERRIBLE REASONS PEOPLE GET MARRIED

There are plenty of good and romantic reasons people get married, but there are also some terrible reasons to get married. I’m not judging people; I just want their marriage to be as successful and happy as possible! And I’m not going to judge you, but I suggest you to take a close look at your feelings and current situation, and then compare them with my list. Here are some terrible reasons people get married.

1. For money
Getting married for money is one of the most terrible reasons why people get married. I know, marriage is deeper than romantic love and selecting a partner with the same financial habits and goals is actually a great idea. But marrying for financial stability is a really bad idea, ethically, morally, and statistically.
2. For the children
This may seem for the moment that marrying the father of your child, especially if you had your child out of wedlock, is a great idea, but this is actually one of the terrible reasons to get married. I’m not saying that the man may not make a good father, but he may not be a good husband. If you think that the marriage can make him into a good husband or father, unfortunately, it won’t.
3. To please the family
The first time I married to please my husband’s family. His parents pressured us to get married because they thought it’d settle his son down. But it was a total misery! Making major life decisions with the purpose of pleasing other people means putting your own happiness and interests on the back burner. And this is a terrible reason why people get married!
4. Rush into marriage
You might think that it’s time for you to get married and have the children, but this is another worst reason to get married. Man is more than a potential sperm bank! Think of your man as a partner, as the father of your child, and as your husband once your child is grown. If your man doesn’t fit this formula, then you might be rushing into marriage for the terrible reasons.
5. For the dream wedding
You might be planning your dream wedding since childhood, and you want to have your wedding as fast as possible, but do you think about your married life and the future? It’s no good if you spend so much time daydreaming about the glittery head-piece you’ll wear, and the invitations you’ll send. Maybe you want the wedding more than the marriage.
6. You are lonely
Even if you’re lonely and desperate, you think that you are meant and destined to live alone forever, it’s not a reason to marry a man you don’t love just because you are afraid to be alone. I agree, companionship is very important, but just imagine how sorrowful it would be to meet the man of your dreams after you are already married.
7. You think he might settle down
If you think that your man will settle down and change once you are married, think once again. Everybody makes some practical changes when they are married, but often their personalities and habits don’t, no matter how much you wish they would. If you marry man hoping he will change, it will be a set-up for disillusionment.
These are some bad reasons to get married that will make the marriage most likely to burn and crash. However, we should remember that every relationship is different. Everybody dreams about happy marriage that will last forever. Which of these reasons puts you off the idea of marriage? Do you know other worst reasons to add to my list? Share your thoughts, please!

UNDENIABLE REASONS YOU SHOULDN’T MARRY HER

Getting married is a big deal. You want to make sure that you’re marrying the right person before you take the leap. Before you decide to get married there are some important points to consider. Below are 5 reasons you might decide against marrying your girlfriend. But remember, it’s a hard decision to take. Take a bit more time to think it over.

1. She wants to be taken care of financially
We’re long out of the 1950s and women are generally not looking for men who will support them financially anymore, but now and then you’ll come across one. If she works before you’re married and plans to quit working and stay home after marriage, you have to consider if this works for you. Once children come along it’s a different story, but when you have no children you might not want to be the only one working and bringing in money. If this isn’t something you’re into, she’s probably not the woman for you.
2. She doesn’t support boy’s nights out
It’s important that you don’t stop going out with the boys when you start dating someone. If the woman you’re dating insists that you stop going out with the boys once a week or once a month, you should not marry her. She might believe that boys only get into trouble together or she might not like your friends, but whatever her reason, it’s not up to her to decide who you hang with. Your girlfriend or future wife should not keep you on a short leash.
3. She has no friends of her own
Everyone needs at least one friend they hang out with or talk on the phone with. If your girlfriend doesn’t have any friends of her own, she may cling to you more often than someone with friends. It’s not a good idea to get into marriage with a woman who already has no friends. The chances of her making friends after she gets into the routine and comfort of marriage is much less likely. You don’t want to be married to someone who depends on your for all of their social interaction. This will get very tiresome after a while, as you will want time to yourself every now and then as well as time with your friends. No couple should spend all of their time with only each other.
4. You’ve only known her a few months
While it’s exciting to think that you might meet the love of your life, have a whirlwind romance, and marry all within a matter of weeks, that’s not usually how relationships go. If you do meet the love of your life, there is no reason to rush into marriage. It’s important that you date for at least a year so that you can see each other through all seasons, holidays, and family functions. You don’t want to leave anything to chance. You want to see if you’re compatible and able to compromise with each other and with each other’s families.
5. Your relationship is one-sided
If in your relationship you seem to be doing all of the work, you have a one-sided relationship. It’s important that both people in a relationship do their part. It’s not fair for one person to work a full-time job and then comes home and does more work while the other person goes out and enjoys herself or simply does nothing all day. Relationships need to be 50/50. Make sure that you’re not taking on more than your fair share. If you’re always the one doing special things for your girlfriend while she doesn’t seem to think twice about you, this probably isn’t the woman you should marry.
Before you marry someone you want to think long and hard about the person they are today. People don’t often get better after marriage. What you see today is probably the best it’s going to get. Marriage makes people much more comfortable, but that’s not always a positive thing. Are you ready to marry your girlfriend?

THINGS MEN NOTICE FIRST ABOUT WOMEN

Have you ever wondered about the things guys notice first about girls? Well, ladies, men are not so difficult to understand since they are actually straight-forward so it can be easy to find out what things guys notice first by watching them carefully each time they meet a woman. Check out a few interesting and even surprising things men notice first about women.

1. Smile

Things Men Notice First about a Woman

A beautiful smile is one of the things most men notice first in a woman. Smiling woman is considered to be much more attractive and approachable. She sends the signal of happiness and optimism. Thus, it’s much easier to start a conversation with a smiling woman. I know it’s not so surprising since everyone likes to look at a person with a beautiful smile. But men always feel confident and more masculine with a smiling woman. Moreover, smile is a very contagious thing: when you smile to someone it provokes the smile in return.
Numerous studies have proved that smile stimulates more positive reaction. When a man first meets a woman, he notices her nice and genuine smile. So, smile more often since you never know who may be falling in love with your beautiful smile. However, make sure your smile isn’t artificial. You should smile only when you feel like smiling. The true sign of a sincere and natural smile is typical wrinkles around our eyes. Moreover, all our appearance shows that we are happy and satisfied. Practice in front of a mirror to find out your most charming and magnificent smile to make him fall in love with you.

2. Eyes

Eyes
Another common thing men notice first about a woman is her eyes. I’m sure you’ve heard that the eyes are the windows to your soul. They can tell us a lot about a person. It can be easy to find out if someone is lying to you or simply telling the truth. Eyes are real magnets that can attract and interest a stranger. Surveys have shown that nearly 70 % of men pay attention to woman’s eyes first and only then to everything else. Don’t believe that it’s chest that men firstly pay attention to! It’s always easier for men to compliment woman’s eyes since women respond very approvingly to compliments about their eyes rather than other parts of the body.
There is also another stereotype that men like women with large childish eyes. I would tell that correct make up will do the trick! Mascara, eye liner and nude shades will make your eyes more appealing! If you want to attract him, try to keep eye contact for a few seconds. This way, you will clearly understand if there are any chances to continue with your acquaintance.

3. Hair

Hair
Sure, men notice a woman’s beautiful and healthy hair. Trust me, all those hours spent in the hairdresser’s chair are not in vain. Most guys think that a stylish, healthy, shiny and sleek hair is a sign of health and youth. Also, you need to know that most men like to be with a woman with natural and soft hair that smells good too.
Although most men like a long hair on women, I know many women who wear bold colors and short hair cuts, and they look really awesome! I think men are just afraid of everything that looks unusual and striking. If you feel confident with your hair, don’t change it. Wear any color and length you like, but make sure your hairstyle suits you.

4. Weight

Weight
Weight is one of those things most men notice about women. It may sound shallow, but it actually makes sense. You’ve probably heard that men prefer women with curves, but you still catch evaluating glances on your thighs and legs. These glances can make you doubt that you’re beautiful. But, he’s not judging you, he’s just noticing.
If you are starving yourself to death in order to be skinny, you can breathe with relief and quit it! Studies show that not all guys like skinny girls. So find your comfortable healthy weight and stick to it. Stop dieting! Eat healthy food, exercise and you will never have to bother about your weight. If he doesn’t like your body shape, don’t take it too personal. After all, a true love knows no barriers. If your crush doesn’t like your weight and he says it to you, he doesn’t deserve your time.

5. Chest

Chest
Perhaps you think that chest is the first thing guys notice when they meet a woman. But, you are wrong; guys are not as superficial as many women think. Numerous polls and surveys have shown that men notice a woman’s chest only after her smile and her eyes. Breasts are usually considered to be a sign of youth and fertility, and it’s one of the reasons why most men pay attention to woman’s chest.

6. How fake are you?

How fake are you
Men also notice how fake women are. If you have hair extensions, fake eyelashes and nails, he will definitely notice it. For most men, fake means high maintenance and large expense. While fake eyelashes might draw his eye, he won’t like them. If you want to get the guy you like, make sure you look natural. Learn to conceal your drawbacks and show your beauty without looking like a doll. Choose light foundations, nude shades and pink blushes. Instead of hair extensions, opt for a good quality volume shampoo and volume styling products.

7. Legs

Legs
Okay, it is not a surprise for you, I know. Most men love slim legs and this is another thing they notice about women. In summertime legs are one of the greatest attractions that a woman possesses. Calves are another thing men love about our legs. They love the way our legs look in skirt and shorts. They love the way we cross our legs and they love to admire our knees. Despite the wide-spread stereotype about slim girls, men really love strong hips! They give a signal of your fertility and femininity.

8. Skin

Skin
Most men also pay attention to the way a woman’s skin looks. Numerous surveys have showed that a man sees a good complexion as a sure sign of health. Most men think that a woman with a healthy-looking complexion is healthy and she can produce healthy offspring.

9. Dressing style

Dressing style
Probably, it’s a surprising thing but most men do notice a woman’s dressing style. A recent study has found that most men prefer a classy dresser to a woman who shows too much of her skin. Men love some mystery about women, but half-naked body reveals all the secrets. A great sense of style can tell a lot about you, keep it in mind! Your perfume and makeup tell about your taste. Your heels and accessories reveal your lifestyle and sophistication. Your outfit shows your confidence and attitude to life. Don’t think that men are not aware of fashion and trends. They do notice everything. If needed, improve your sense of style to look and feel more confident.

WAYS TO ASK YOUR BOYFRIEND TO MARRY YOU

Are you wondering whether it’s okay to be the first one to propose marriage? In fact, in most relationships a woman initiates marriage talk. There are many men who are afraid of marriage, since it involves lots of practical aspects along with planning (both socially and financially), so they will bide their time even if they’re committed to the relationship. Check out a few ways to ask your boyfriend to marry you.
1. Ask him why he hasn’t asked you to marry him yet
First of all, ask your boyfriend why he hasn’t asked you to marry him yet. Make sure you get a specific answer to your question, since it may clarify his standpoint. If your guy tells you that he hasn’t considered possibility of marriage, then ask him if he’s committed to the relationship.
2. Don’t be so dramatic about it
Really, girls, the last thing you want to do is to go on your knees and ask him to marry you in a public place. It’s quite normal for men to do such things, but coming from you it will make your boyfriend go as red as a beet. It’s better to discuss this topic when you’re in a private place.
3. Don’t be too needy
If you display any form of neediness or dependence, your guy may find it repulsive subconsciously. The guys don’t like the needy and clingy girls. And you should stop the needy behavior before it ends your relationship. So try to play hard to get, but make sure you don’t overdo it.
4. Be playful when you ask him about marriage
It’s important to keep a playful attitude when you ask your boyfriend about marriage, even if you’re nervous or edgy about his reaction. You can say something like ‘When do I get to call you my husband?’ or ‘So Mr. (name) when are you planning to marry me?’
5. Let him know that you want to get married
Many men start thinking seriously about marriage when they see that the woman has made up her mind about it. So go ahead and tell your guy that you want to get married and settle down. Who knows? Maybe
6. Don’t pressure him too much
Ladies, if you want your boyfriend to run, keep pressuring him to get married. If you put emotional pressure on your man it might backfire later when he’ll blame you for problems in the marriage. Try to put some indirect pressure by telling him that your parents are looking forward to see you married as soon as possible.
7. Talk about the practical aspects
There are a few practical aspects of marriage to be considered that you may not have thought of. There are social issues, such as meeting with the families, and financial issues such as getting a house, a car and other necessities. Maybe your boyfriend worries about one of these issues. Don’t ignore the practical aspects of marriage, discuss it and help him feel comfortable about it.
Are you going to ask your boyfriend to marry you? How are you going to do this? Share your thoughts, please!

REASONS WHT YOU SHOULD NEVER JUDGE OTHER PEOPLE

We often judge people without realizing it. There are people who realize it and love it. My friend says that she enjoys judging other people because it helps her boost her self-esteem and feel better about herself. I know my friend is not the only one who loves to judge someone each day. Regardless of the reason, we don’t have a right to judge anyone. Most people don’t notice their own mistakes, instead they strive to find and point out someone else’s mistakes. Take a look at a few of the most important reasons why you should break a habit of judging other people.
1. Incomplete information
Before judging someone, make sure that you know all the facts about this person. Maybe you don´t know the whole story, you don’t know their problems and worries. It is very important to hold off until you know all facts. Instead of judging, try to help them or leave them alone. It’s one of the most obvious reasons why we shouldn’t judge other people.
2. We are all different
If you don’t like doing something, it doesn’t mean that other people should not do it too. For example, if you don’t like tattoos, you shouldn’t tell other person that their tattoos look horrible. If someone can’t get a diploma, it doesn’t mean that they don’t want to study, they just can’t pay for their education. We are all different and we all have different life problems. Instead of judging someone today, try to improve your own life.
3. No one is perfect
Perfectionists tend to judge every person they meet in their lives. They don’t admit their own mistakes but love to point out someone else’s flaws. It’s crucial to understand that no one is perfect and we all make mistakes every now and then. Before criticizing someone’s actions, make sure those actions are really bad. Maybe they have some reasons to do what they want to do.

4. Do unto others, as you would have them do unto you
Before judging someone, put yourself in his or her shoes. We often unfairly judge others, but hate it when people judge us. Remember the famous line, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”? There is true wisdom in it. Your words and actions can ruin any relationship in a matter of a few minutes, but you will never earn someone’s trust back and build a strong relationship in a matter of a few minutes. Think about it before judging others.
5. Tolerance
Tolerance is essential in a modern world. Nowadays people do so many crazy things that it’s hard to keep silent when needed. Cultivate tolerance on a daily basis and it will help you understand people better and judge less. If you can’t understand someone, then don’t dwell on him or her. Focus on your own problems instead.
6. Appearances are often deceptive
Don’t judge people by their appearance and never make fun of others. Maybe they can’t buy expensive clothes and lead a luxury lifestyle, but they may do many good deeds that other people don’t even think about. As I mentioned before, we are all different. Some people can’t afford to buy essential foods, while others spend a fortune on the things they don’t need. Rich people tend to judge poor people, but they don’t know the whole story and they don’t know how poor people help others without expecting anything in return.
7. Respect
If you want to grow as a person and become wiser, you should learn how to respect other people, including your enemies. In some countries, people can’t turn their enemies out of the house because they respect them. We judge our enemies and try to make their lives miserable, but often end up ruining our own lives.
8. You define yourself
When you judge other people, you don’t define them, you actually define yourself. Do you want people to think of you as someone who judge everyone? Ask your family or friend what they think about you, and if they say that you often judge other people, then it’s time to stop being judgmental.
There are many reasons why we shouldn’t judge other people. Many of us are guilty of it, but once you realize that judging others is one of your bad habits, you will know what to do. Do you think people have a right to judge others? Why do they do it? Share your thoughts with us.

TOP 10 COUNTRIES WITH THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WOMEN IN THE WORLD

Obviously every country has attractive and ugly women, but there are somewhere you'll find a bigger concentration of ladies who are either naturally beautiful or who like to take good care of themselves. Whether it's natural or "enhanced" beauty you're curious about, you'll find it in abundance in the countries listed below.
Beauty may be in the eye of the beholder, but if you prefer blondes or brunettes, paler or tanned skin tones, these should be your top destinations:

1. BRAZIL

Why are there so many Brazilian supermodels? Because they have the genes for it. Brazilians are probably the most ethnically mixed people in the world, so combining different shades and shapes creates the most perfect of bodies. And they work on them too, since they live at the beach in Rio or flaunt themselves at the trendiest bars in fashion-obsessed São Paulo.
2. RUSSIA

After Brazil, Russia is probably the country with the most beautiful women per square mile. You'll find female eye candy on the Moscow subway, but also throughout the most remote corners of Siberia, where supermodel Irina Shayk was discovered. Female beauty is part of the Russian landscape.
3.SLOVAKIA

Men who prefer tall blonde blue-eyed women automatically think Sweden, but the most gorgeous blondes are actually in Slovakia! Many women around the world spend fortunes to look like what comes naturally to Slovakian women, and these girls don't have to work very hard to draw your attention.
4.SWEDEN

Although Slovakians beat Swedes in the hottest blondes category, there's no denying that Swedish women do fit the stereotype of beautiful women. That's why they won the first two Miss World titles ever, and their beauty is not just on the outside. Talk to any woman in Stockholm and you'll find that they're also well educated and sophisticated.
5. VENEZUELA

Venezuela has the most beauty pageant winners in the world (Miss World and Miss Universe) and that's because beauty is the country's biggest obsession. When not blessed by nature, women are sculpted by surgery, a major local industry. Female beauty is said to be the biggest source of national pride and even national identity, so that explains why they're the women who spend the largest portion of their income on beauty. And while the capital Caracas is an unattractive city, that's easily overlooked when eyes concentrate solely on the young women on the streets.
6. COLOMBIA

They don't all look like Sofia Vergara but many do come close. Colombian women are proud of their curves and work hard to show them off. They're also highly seductive (and often irresistible), so if you don't want to fall into temptation, try to contain yourself if you ever go on a trip to Bogota.
7.UKRAINE

Why do so many men around the world look for Ukrainian brides? The reasons are well known and discussed, but above all, it's because well-dressed women who take care of their bodies while keeping a seductive charm is quite attractive. Walk around Kiev and you'll see why they get so much attention.
8. LEBANON

Most people will agree that Lebanon has the most beautiful women in the Middle East and Arab world. And everyone really noticed that through a controversial 2006 photo of affluent Lebanese women riding through a war-torn neighborhood in Beirut. It showed that the young sun-tanned women of this country are strong and keep the glamour no matter what. A visit to the Lebanese capital will surprise for the vibrant and fun-loving attitude of its people.
9. ANGOLA

The most beautiful African women are from Angola. The country is one of only two sub-Saharan nations to have a black Miss Universe winner, and its models are now showing up on the international runways (like Sharam Diniz who's one of Victoria Secret's angels).

Because of that international success, young girls in Luanda constantly compete in local pageants and for the attention of model agencies, and it's in the capital that you'll see the African beauties getting male attention, at the recent trendy (and expensive!) bars and restaurants.
10. USA
The USA has a reputation as the most obese nation in the world, and in such a diverse country there really isn't a particular type of woman. But America is also obsessed with weight loss and beauty-enhancement products and procedures, and some cities do stand out for their ratio of hot women. Natural or naturally fake, the bodies you often see in Miami and Los Angeles are flawless, and women make sure they flaunt them.
